In the event that there is any breakage or damage to the cottage and/or its contents, the owners reserve the right to deduct the costs of the damages from the customer’s credit card. Damage to the cottage and/or its contents could be considered but is not limited to the following: damage of furniture, equipment (TV, appliances, BBQ), walls, entryways, deck, railings, etc.
Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
